The pool is yours alone: no shared pools and no other guests on the property. Elite is a 4 BHK for 18 with a private pool and rain shower, a sky lounge and a 360-degree terrace over the canal, estuary and sea. Cascade Pool is a 3 BHK for 12 with a grand cascade pool. Rainshower is a 3 BHK for 14 with a rain shower pool and a sports lawn.
Prices are shown upfront: from ₹15,000 a night on weekdays, with the weekend rate on Saturday check-ins and day use priced below the overnight rate. Main pools are 4.5 ft deep and kids' pools 2.5 ft where a villa has one. Pools are unsupervised, so children swim with an adult.
