- How much does a villa on ECR cost?
- Our private pool villas start from ₹15,000 a night on weekdays for the whole villa, with Saturday check-ins at the weekend rate. Day use (1-day rent) starts from ₹10,500. Every price is on our rates page.
- Is Villa De Aqua pet-friendly?
- Yes. Our villas welcome pets with prior notice, at ₹1,000 per pet. Pets are not allowed in the pool. Tell us your dates and your dog's size and we will confirm the best villa.
- Can I book for just the day?
- Yes. Day use is available at every villa, priced on each villa page (Saturday day use follows the weekend rate). Pick a date on the villa page to request it.
- Is there a private pool?
- Every villa in the collection has a private pool. It is yours alone for the stay — not a shared resort pool.
- What's included?
- The villa, the private pool, fresh linens, toiletries, a caretaker on site, and kitchen facilities. A chef can cook home-style meals on request. Food is billed separately at reasonable rates.
- How do I book?
- Open any villa page on villadeaqua.com, pick your dates in the calendar and tap Request Booking, or message us on WhatsApp with your dates and group size. We confirm availability and the best price.
- Where are the villas?
- Along East Coast Road (ECR), south of Chennai. Elite is in Muttukadu, about 70 minutes from central Chennai and moments from the Blue Flag beach at Kovalam. Cascade Pool and Rainshower are in Kuvathur, about 2 hours from central Chennai, 800 m from the beach and near Mahabalipuram.
- How many people can stay?
- Each villa sleeps 12 to 18 guests as standard, and up to about 30% more with extra beds at ₹1,000 per extra bed. For bigger groups our manager arranges a custom option. Share your headcount on WhatsApp and we will recommend a fit.
- How deep is the pool? Is it safe for children?
- Main pools are 4.5 ft deep, and kids' pools, where a villa has one, are 2.5 ft. Pools are unsupervised, so children must be with an adult. Every villa is walled and gated with CCTV, a first-aid kit and a caretaker on the premises.
- What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in from 2 PM and check-out by 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
- Is there a cook?
- At our current villas, yes: a caretaker-cum-chef cooks home-style meals on request (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and BBQ for groups), paid to the chef directly. Villa De Aqua takes no margin on food and only sets suggested prices and hygiene and quality standards. Each villa's food setup and menu are at villadeaqua.com/menu.
- Is there parking?
- Yes. Villas are audited for parking (a minimum of two cars) before they join the collection.
- How do you keep the pool and house clean?
- Every villa is held to the Villa De Aqua standard: pool hygiene checks, fresh linens every stay, toiletries provided, and a cleanliness audit before go-live. Priya Sekar's review says it better than we can.
