- Is Villa De Aqua pet-friendly?
- Several villas in the collection welcome pets. Tell us your dates and your dog's size on WhatsApp and we will match you with a pet-friendly home.
- Can I book for just the day?
- Yes. Day-use bookings are available on selected villas — pool, lawn, and the house for a celebration that ends before evening. Enquire on WhatsApp for day-use rates and timings.
- Is there a private pool?
- Every villa in the collection has a private pool. It is yours alone for the stay — not a shared resort pool.
- What's included?
- The villa, the private pool, fresh linens, toiletries, a caretaker on site, and kitchen facilities. A chef can cook home-style meals on request. Food is billed separately at reasonable rates.
- How do I book?
- There is no booking widget. Message us on WhatsApp with your dates, group size, and the kind of stay you want. We confirm availability and take it from there.
- Where are the villas?
- Along East Coast Road (ECR), south of Chennai — in Muttukadu, Kuvathur, and Uthandi. Close enough for a short escape from the city, far enough to feel like a coastal break.
- How many people can stay?
- Capacity varies by villa, from intimate family houses to larger dual villas. Share your headcount on WhatsApp and we will recommend a fit.
- Is there a cook?
- Yes. A caretaker and chef are on site. Home-style meals are a hallmark of the stay — guests consistently mention the food. Menu and pricing are arranged over WhatsApp.
- Is there parking?
- Yes. Villas are audited for parking (a minimum of two cars) before they join the collection.
- How do you keep the pool and house clean?
- Every villa is held to the Villa De Aqua standard: pool hygiene checks, fresh linens every stay, toiletries provided, and a cleanliness audit before go-live. Priya Sekar's review says it better than we can.
