How close are the beach houses to the beach?

The Kuvathur villas (Cascade Pool and Rainshower) are about 800 m from the beach. Elite in Muttukadu is moments from Muttukadu Boat House and the Blue Flag beach at Kovalam.

What is the price of a beach house in ECR?

Our beach houses start from ₹15,000 a night on weekdays, with higher Saturday rates and day use priced below the overnight rate. Each villa page shows its current rates, and the rates page lists them all side by side.

Can we rent a beach house in ECR for just 1 day?

Yes. Day use is available at every villa, priced as a discount on that date's overnight rate. You get the whole villa and pool for the day.

Is the beach house private?

Yes. Each villa is rented to one group at a time, with its own private pool and walled, gated grounds. The beach itself is a public beach, as all beaches in India are.

What about food?

A caretaker and chef are on site and cook home-style meals on request, billed separately at reasonable rates. For groups we also arrange BBQ nights and buffet spreads.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 2 PM and check-out by 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability.

What if our group is bigger than the villa's capacity?

A villa can host up to about 30% more guests than its standard capacity with extra beds, at ₹1,000 per extra bed. For larger groups, our manager arranges a custom option.
