“Villa De Aqua is one of the best beach houses in ECR. They maintain the place very neat and clean. The swimming pool was awesome and very clean too. The rooms were all very spacious. Bed sheets, pillows and blankets were all clean and changed properly before we checked in. Kitchen was fully equipped with all needed vessels, microwave oven, induction stove and refrigerator. Bathrooms were also very clean. Overall they are maintaining the property very neatly, which is very important. The caretaker is very helpful and the home-cooked food was delicious with reasonable price.”

- Can I book for just the day?
- Yes. Day-use bookings are available on selected villas — pool, lawn, and the house for a celebration that ends before evening. Enquire on WhatsApp for day-use rates and timings.
- Is there a private pool?
- Every villa in the collection has a private pool. It is yours alone for the stay — not a shared resort pool.
- What's included?
- The villa, the private pool, fresh linens, toiletries, a caretaker on site, and kitchen facilities. A chef can cook home-style meals on request. Food is billed separately at reasonable rates.

East Coast Road runs south from Chennai along the Bay of Bengal. Our villas sit in that belt — Muttukadu, Kuvathur, Uthandi — close enough for a short escape from the city, far enough to feel like a coastal break: private pools, greenery, and the Mahabalipuram shore a short drive away.
