Our villas sleep 12 to 18 as standard. With extra beds a villa can host up to about 30% more, so the largest takes up to 23 guests. For bigger groups, our manager arranges a custom option.

Every villa is held to the Villa De Aqua standard: 4.5 ft pools, CCTV, first-aid kit and a caretaker on the premises.

- A villa can host up to about 30% more guests than its standard capacity with extra beds, at ₹1,000 per extra bed. For larger groups, our manager arranges a custom option.
- What is the largest group you can host?
- A single villa hosts up to 23 guests with extra beds. For larger groups or events, message us and our manager will put together a custom option.
- What about food?
- A caretaker and chef are on site and cook home-style meals on request, billed separately at reasonable rates. For groups we also arrange BBQ nights and buffet spreads.
- Is music allowed?
- Yes, at a comfortable volume. Quiet hours are 11 PM to 7 AM out of respect for neighbours, and DJ setups or fireworks need our written agreement in advance.
