Every villa is held to the Villa De Aqua standard: 4.5 ft pools, CCTV, first-aid kit and a caretaker on the premises.
Questions
- How many people can a villa host?
- Our villas sleep 12 to 18 guests as standard, and each can take up to about 30% more with extra beds at ₹1,000 each. Larger groups get a custom option from our manager.
- What about food?
- A caretaker and chef are on site and cook home-style meals on request, billed separately at reasonable rates. For groups we also arrange BBQ nights and buffet spreads.
- Is music allowed?
- Yes, at a comfortable volume. Quiet hours are 11 PM to 7 AM out of respect for neighbours, and DJ setups or fireworks need our written agreement in advance.
- What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in from 2 PM and check-out by 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
