Elite in Muttukadu is moments from Muttukadu Boat House and the Blue Flag beach at Kovalam. Cascade Pool and Rainshower in Kuvathur are a short walk from the beach.
Elite has sea and canal views from its 360-degree terrace and from the east-facing balconies of two of its four bedrooms. Cascade Pool and Rainshower are quieter, about 2 hours from central Chennai and within easy reach of Mahabalipuram's UNESCO monuments.
Each villa is rented whole to one group, with its own private pool, walled and gated grounds, CCTV and a caretaker-cum-chef on site. Choose Elite for up to 18 guests, about 70 minutes from central Chennai, or Cascade Pool (12 guests) or Rainshower (14 guests).
The beaches on ECR are public, so no villa has a beach of its own. What you get is a private villa and your own pool on the sea side of the road, within 800 m of the beach: swim, barbecue and relax at the villa, then walk or drive to the sea when you want it.
Prices are shown upfront: from ₹15,000 a night on weekdays, a higher rate on Saturdays, and day use priced below the overnight rate.
